Annual Chamber Golf Scramble
Friday, Sept. 17 - Forest Park Golf Course
Lunch at noon-shotgun start 1pm
Register today! $50 per person; $200 per team

1st place: $400 gift certificate per team
2nd place: $200 Gift Certificate per team
Peoria Handicap

$10,000 Hole-In-One Prize donated by Bowen Ford

Four person scramble format
Team handicap minimum of 25
If bad weather forces the golf course to close, registrants will be given a rain check for one round of golf (cart included) for future use.  Prizes will be raffled.  No refunds will be given
Singles, doubles, triples, or whole teams can register.  Teams will be made as needed

Chamber "Ribbon Cuttings" in May included Transcare Ambulance Service, Sunshine Realty Group, and MJ Homes.
